Permacel, Shurtape: Designing, developing and making pressure sensitive tapes – that’s Shurtape. They are tape specialists guided by a single purpose: help tape users do their jobs better.

Organized in North Carolina as Shurtape Technologies LLC, they are a privately owned company, with manufacturing plants in Hickory, Stony Point and Hudson, North Carolina. They are also a world-leader with investments in eight countries on four continents – including a manufacturing plant in Toronto and converting plants in Germany, Mexico, Peru, United Arab Emirates and China. They look far and wide for opportunity – from growing globally to expanding their product offering.

Shurtape rebranded the Permacel tape as their own some time ago. Many in the touring business know Permacel to be the Gucci of Gaff.
